Rivojlanayotgan mamlakatlarda o‘qituvchilarni tayyorlash muammosi 21-asrdagi jahon ta'lim talablarining oshib borishi sharoitida juda dolzarb masala bo‘lib qolmoqda. Mazkur maqolada o‘qituvchilarni tayyorlashni takomillashtirish va kam rivojlangan hududlarda o‘qituvchilarni zamonaviy muammolarga tayyorlash uchun qo‘llanilayotgan innovatsion usullar o‘rganilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatadiki, texnologiyalardan foydalanish, malaka oshirish dasturlari, o‘zaro tajriba almashish tashabbuslari va moslashuvchan pedagogik strategiyalar ushbu muammolarni hal qilish uchun muhim ahamiyatga ega. Keng qamrovli tadqiqotlar asosida, maqolada samarali bo‘lgan amaliyotlar aniqlanib, ushbu sa’y-harakatlarning ko‘lamini kengaytirish va rivojlanayotgan mamlakatlardagi ta'lim tizimini mustahkamlash uchun tavsiyalar berilgan.
