FEATURES OF AN INDIVIDUALIZED APPROACH IN PHYSICAL EDUCATION CLASSES USING BOXING EXERCISES FOR PEDAGOGICAL UNIVERSITY STUDENTS

This article examines the features of an individualized approach in physical education classes incorporating boxing exercises and elements. Special attention is given to the necessity of adapting training to the individual characteristics of students, as active physical activity positively contributes to their personal and physical development. The study also highlights the role of boxing and its exercises as an effective tool for conducting physical education sessions.
