Mazkur maqolada bo‘lajak ingliz tili o‘qituvchilariga mutaxassislik fanlarini o‘qitishda kompetensiyaviy yondashuvning nazariy va amaliy ahamiyati tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda kompetensiyaviy yondashuvning pedagogik mohiyati, mutaxassislik fanlarining bo‘lajak mutaxassislarni kasbiy faoliyatga tayyorlashdagi o‘rni hamda ushbu yondashuv asosida ta’lim jarayonini tashkil etishning ustuvor jihatlari yoritiladi. Ilmiy-pedagogik adabiyotlar tahlili asosida kompetensiyaviy yondashuv xorijiy til yo‘nalishlarida ta’lim sifatini oshirishga xizmat qiluvchi samarali metodologik asos ekanligi asoslanadi.
