PRINCIPLES OF TESTING AND ASSESSMENT IN FOREIGN LANGUAGE TEACHING SYSTEM

Testing is an integral part of language learning as it helps learners and educators assess the progress made in acquiring a foreign language. The principles of testing foreign languages involve evaluating learners' abilities in the four main language skills: reading, writing, listening, and speaking. In this work five principles of testing and assessment of foreign language will be explained with details.
