Ushbu maqolada ixtisoslashtirilgan maktab rahbarlarining boshqaruv faoliyati samaradorligini oshirish usullari hamda maktab pedagoglar kengashi tomonidan jamoani o‘z-o‘zini boshqarish va bevosita rahbar tomonidan tasdiqlangan maktab Nizomiga muvofiq amalga oshirish, pedagog xodimlarni birlashtiruvchi jamoa tuza olishi haqida atroflicha ma`lumot berilgan.
