In the digital era, social media platforms have revolutionized communication and information dissemination, but they have also become fertile grounds for propaganda. Propaganda in social media refers to the strategic use of information, often misleading or biased, to influence public opinion, shape narratives, and achieve political, social, or economic objectives. This paper examines the mechanisms, impacts, and countermeasures related to propaganda on social media.
